This complete fermentation system holds about a quart and creates delicious probiotic food in as little as a week (see recipes for specific time frames).

Step #1 Prepare the vegetables (peel, slice, dice) and put in the Jar
Step #2 Mix and add the brine, and place the Brine Bowl
Step #3 Lock the Lid, add water to the Airlock, and twist into place

Complete instructions are found in the Quick Start Guide. A printed copy comes at no extra charge with every order that includes a Probiotic Jar.

First jar came sadly broken. Replacement (act. got 2) were great. Booklet very helpful. I just wish I knew how well the first batch turned out (like a metric for success). Very happy overall.
