I love this salt because I am sure that it has not been diluted with inferior salts and that I am getting all of the 84 minerals that are originally in the salt    Not only does it ferment well the bio-availability of the minerals mixed with  the powerhouse of probiotics gives me and my family the building blocks for a healthy doctor free life
