I purchased this jar after my doctor recommended it to treat histamine issues and MCAS. She explained that the jars on this website produce anaerobically fermented foods (unlike the aerobically fermented foods I would buy in the store).

I love all the articles and helpful tips on the website. And when I contacted the company they were wonderful about communicating with me! Highly recommend.

This is my 1st purchase and doing fermentation. It did take a long time to ship and then finally arrive. But i love my jar and i think soon i will be ordering a larger one.

First jar came sadly broken. Replacement (act. got 2) were great. Booklet very helpful. I just wish I knew how well the first batch turned out (like a metric for success). Very happy overall.

Appears to be a good product, though I haven't started my fermenting journey yet.  I think that the $18.75 shipping cost was excessive.  I ended up paying $65 for a 1 liter jar plus salt!  I would like to get a number of jars for different ferments and storage, but at that price, it's prohibitive.
