How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:


Returns must be accompanied by a printed copy of the emailed receipt of the order, and must have the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number printed clearly on the outside of the box next to the shipping label, and written on the printed enclosed receipt. Please email customer service to obtain the RMA number for your order, and include your order information: service@probioticjar.com.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (new and resalable)
  • -within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer, upon receipt of necessary information to file an insurance claim, which always includes photographs of the damaged merchandise in the shipping container with the packing materials. Customer must not dispose of damaged merchandise until directed to do so by a Customer Service Representative. Damaged Probiotic Jar Lids must be returned under any circumstances. Wrong items shipped will be replaced upon receipt of the returned incorrect merchandise at no additional cost to customer.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

We will restock returned merchandise and refund the price paid for merchandise in salable condition; however, shipping charges will not be refunded.
