I absolutely love my probiotic jars. I've been making my own kraut, kvass, and pickled everything. I also have been using them as a healthy and effective way to prepare foods in advance, as I can cut up all the veggies for a stew, and then ferment them a week or two until serving a large meal. I really love this product.

I have always liked Fido Jars, for Kitchen cannisters, and fermenting, the Probiotic jar has turned them into the Rolls Royce of fermenting jars , love their complete system and the thought put into it.

My wife likes to make fermented foods and the 2 liter jars make it easier by not having to make new batches as often.  The jars are of good quality and we plan on buying more in the future.

You shipped to me at a DPO (which is like an APO) in other words a Post Office Box on the other side of the world.  Your boxes are better than Amazon and the shipment arrived without a scratch, the boxes were totally in tack, the strapping tape was not broken.  Believe me, a lot of boxes arrive here in bad shape - not yours.  I will buy more stuff and not worry about shipping.

My wife ordered the 2 Liter Probiotic Jar to ferment some broccoli.  It's worked so well be will be ordering another 2 Liter jar in the near future.
