I purchased a package of new bales for my old jars whose bales had rusted. These bales fit most of my old jars perfectly. A little simple adjustment with a pair of pliers was enough to fit the new bales to the few old and odd sized jars I use. ALL of my old bale jars are now back in use.

First, I was really happy to find a place that had bale wire replacements!

Second, and more importantly, customer service is great!  The purchase through to delivery process went smoothly. And I really appreciated the hand-signed 'Thank you' note on the packing slip/invoice. Well done!
