We are offering limited products on this page only, to the international community, because of the difficulty of shipping glass successfully, and afford-ably.
We encourage you to find a local source of Bormioli Fido Jars, which seem to be available everywhere. The Fido Jars from 500ml to 5 Liters are the sizes that our Lid Kits will convert into a Probiotic Jar System, and ordering those separately will save a great deal of money in shipping costs, and this is why we are not offering the full Probiotic Jar System to our international customers.

Orders shipped outside the USA may have import duties imposed by the country of destination, and these import duties are the responsibility of the consumer. Orders returned for non-payment of import duties will be eligible for a refund of the product cost only, not including the shipping fees.
Please note that there are options with the Lid Kits. The default selection is the 3-Piece Airlock, and does not include the smaller Airlock. Click "more info" and the drop-down list on the item detail page will allow you to choose the smaller Airlock, or both Airlocks for a small extra charge.

Some of our foreign customers are having difficulties with their credit cards, and we're working on our security settings to make this easier.
