This complete fermentation system holds about a three quarts and creates delicious probiotic food in as little as a week (see recipes for specific time frames).

Step #1 Prepare the vegetables (peel, slice, dice) and put in the Jar
Step #2 Mix and add the brine, and place the Brine Bowl
Step #3 Lock the Lid, add water to the Airlock, and twist into place

Larger jars may be more efficient, but this size fits our cold storage the best. And they're easier for me to handle than the 4-5 liter jars.
