The parts for each package are counted twice, and we do not accept returns on this product due to our return policy being abused, with partial packages returned missing the D rings. We have reinspected to ensure that the package is complete with 1 upper wire, 1 lower wire, and 1 D ring.

That little piece from my Fido lid wire fell down the garbage disposal and got damaged before I could retrieve it.  I found a replacement for the lid parts here and it was fast and cheaper than replacing the whole jar.  I will definitely l use this company again!
