Made from renewable bamboo, these tongs are an unfinished raw product suitable for use on fermented foods.
To
prepare before first use, wash with warm, soapy water, but do not place
in the dishwasher. Coat with food grade coconut oil or spoon butter.
Protect the glue at the apex from high heat and harsh detergents.
Normal use cleaning is to wash with warm soapy water and air dry.
