This complete fermentation system holds about a quart and creates delicious probiotic food in as little as a week (see recipes for specific time frames).

Step #1 Prepare the vegetables (peel, slice, dice) and put in the Jar
Step #2 Mix and add the brine, and place the Brine Bowl
Step #3 Lock the Lid, add water to the Airlock, and twist into place

Good jar for fermenting December 12, 2017

So far, I am happy with this jar.  It seems to be made of quality materials, and my first ferment turned out well.  It was a bit pricey, but so far I think it was worth it.
